Good Morning Beautiful

Let us burn, sweat and detox our way into Day 2 - Exploration.

Vinyasa Flow | Fire Pranayama | Walking Meditation

In today’s yoga class, we’ll spice things up a little bit. Twists, side stretches and balancing poses support our body to detox and to release stagnant energies. As this flow is quite strong and dynamic, only go as far as and as deep as it feels good for YOU. In other words, while making a promise to yourself to explore and test your limits today, please take a break whenever you need it. We suggest you’ll hop into the shower afterwards to wash away any old energy together with your sweat and start your day fresh.

Listen to our Spotify Playlist. (make sure it’s NOT on shuffle)

Optional props: bolster, block, strap, blanket

Day 2 – Impulse

Spiritual Cleansing Ritual | Blessing | Rebirth

Today’s Impulse Session is about the beautiful ritual of purification. We will guide you through a sacred flower ceremony that you can do for yourself or others.
Its origin lies in the ancient tradition of Hindu-Buddhism where flower baths are believed to cleanse and protect a person’s aura (energy field). Each flower or herb added to a ritual bath/shower hereby symbolises an intention. When we release energies/thoughts/things/people that no longer serve us, we can support this process by cleansing our physical body with an intention, quest or goal that sparks a new beginning.

Let’s dive in.

Ritual Guidance:

  1. Pick your flowers (9 in total – aligned with your intention)

  2. Pick your crystal (aligned with your intention)

  3. Program your crystal with your intention or quest

  4. Set a time to 11 minutes (angel number for intuition and spiritual guidance)

  5. Place your crystal in a bowl of water and begin to offer petals of flowers to the water as you slowly rip them into smaller and smaller pieces (symbolical fragmentation of your mind to allow transformation)

  6. Hold your palms over the bowl and express gratitude for this ritual of purification, our Pachamama and the universe

  7. Remove the crystal and place it on your altar as a visual reminder of your purpose / intention

  8. Blessing ♥ splash the water onto your body / face
either pour the bowl of water with the flowers above your head
OR rinse the water, pour it over your body the next time you shower and give the flowers back to the earth as an offering

Trust that the answer is coming to you.

Indulgence: Evening of Self-Love

Self-Massage | Body-Exploration

When was the last time you spoiled yourself with love? Love just for yourself?
Well… tonight’s the night: we are bathing in self-love.
Excited? Nervous? Anxious? Some might feel enthusiastic about this and yet others might feel a little resistance. ‘Touching myself? I would never do that!’

Because of societal, cultural, religious or ancestral conditioning self-love is often seen as something impure, ‘bad’ and selfish. Setting aside time for self-care is a luxury that only few can afford. Yet it is so invaluable to nurture the body, our home, with touch – the most vital and purest form of love – in order to survive and thrive. When we feel nurtured and cared for, we are in an abundant state of love. Only from this state it is possible and healthy for us to give love to others as well.

In this guided self-massage we allow ourselves to receive the gift of pleasure. Not in a sexual but purely sensual way. Take your time to explore your body, your touch, arising emotions and enjoy this lille treat.

Yes, Yes, Yes! Day 2 Lovely!

How did you experience the walking meditation and the other practices of the retreat? What was your favourite part of the day? Let us know by sharing your insights, thoughts and feelings of Day 2 on our instagram or send us a dm.
