Working with visualisation, crystals, blessing and healing rituals has personally sustained and helped me in my own Womb healing journey. Having entered a premature menopausal state at the age of 19, my body was showing symptoms of missing cycles, infertility, low energy (hypothyroidism), hormonal imbalance, physical stress, low estrogen levels, low sex drive and anxiety. The moon cycle is a woman's life rhythm - her energetic & natural blueprint. Back then I was completely separated from it. Although I was not yet able to trace back the exact reasons and roots of it, I feel that my cycle was missing due to my lack of connection to myself, my body and my feminine essence. Feminine ancestral entanglements, trauma and the patriarchal deep-conditioned beliefs about shame, objectification of female bodies and worthlessness also had their influence on the symptom pattern. After turning to various specialists in gynaecology and holistic medicine who had offered no cures for me, I focused on activating and enhancing my self-healing powers myself. Connecting with my inner guidance as well as embodying purification and womb healing rituals with my teachers, the women of my family and the spirit of my womb formed the basis for the initial creation of my own Sacred Womb Adornment. In the night of the co-creation and blessing ceremony of my crystal womb adornment, the miracle happened: after over 6 years, I began to ovulate – my body was finally ready to give birth to my visions and to new life again. In awe and gratitude, my cycle now flows with grace, ease and gentleness. It lights the way for me.

I thank the Universe every day for this gift and know that it is my purpose to share the wisdom of this path with you.
