Intention Setting | Meditation | Vinyasa Yoga Flow
What is home to me? What do I want to experience? How do I want to feel?
On our first day we invite you to set an intention for your retreat weekend. Together with Jana, you will be guided into a visualization of your inner landscape and deepest feelings. Keep your intention card nearby, pause the video and playlist after the meditation and take your time to journal the message your unconscious brought to you.
In the second half of the class, we’ll be flowing through a dynamic, heart-opening yoga practice. Intuitive movements, pulsations and holds focus on chest, shoulder and balancing strength. Be kind to yourself and adjust according to your energy level today.

Heart-to-Heart Conversation: What is your frequency?
In this impulse session Jana takes us on a journey into our hearts and the phenomenon of heart-coherence. We will learn about the feedback-loop between the brain and the heart and how this interconnectivity benefits our well-being and relationships. To close the session, we will practice the technique of heart-coherence together.

Sweet Dreams: Evening of Surrender
Yin Yoga | Evening Relaxation
In this beautiful Yin Yoga class Jana is guiding you through softening poses that target the connective tissue and fascia in hips, chest and spine.
With its long, intense and still holds Yin Yoga is the feminine counterpart to Yang Yoga. Patience and acceptance are the key to access the magic of Yin. Allow yourself to surrender to the present moment and to breathe through rising discomfort. Once you set yourself free from resistance, energy blockages will dissolve and you will experience healing in a way you would not have thought was possible.
