Lunar energy and the monthly cycle of the moon have an awing impact on natural processes and our biological rhythm. Especially as women, our menstrual cycle, our emotions and power levels are deeply connected with the waxing and waning of the moon.
If we listen, feel and observe our physical, mental and emotional state closely, we might be able to realign our rhythm with the moon’s rhythm – tapping into our true nature. In the following I’d love to give you a brief introduction to the eight most important and well-known phases of the lunar cycle, including the effect each phase has on us as human beings.
